“Have been to them around early 2014 for a car I love very much, a 2003 CLK 320 cab that has served me too well for its life and still going strong.
Thereafter, my soft top convertible issues cropped up every now and then and after spending almost $5000 plus ( just for soft top issues) gave up putting in more money and chose to have my top permanently shut last 4 years, until I took it once again Tried BERTINIS.
Not only did they, ONCE AGAIN, give me an accurate diagnosis, and told me that a very slight adjustment made it work again, rather then another motor or hydraulic fluid replacement.
In addition they have always replied back with quick turn time frames, and their quality of work is EXCELLENT.
Looking at my last two experiences, I decided to add in another job , while it is still there as so to get my cracked driver door had to be replaced (awaited from Germany.) at this time.

“I can't recommend Bertini's enough! Since the maintenance plan on my Mercedes E350 ended about 3 years ago, I have been taking my car to Bertini's instead of the dealership and have been 100% happy with the level and quality of service, but most of all, their honesty. I recently had an issue where I went to the dealership to get an alignment, and coincidentally on that day had my first ever performance issue with the car. The dealership quoted more that $6,300 to repair. I decided to take the car to Bertini's for a second opinion, and am so glad I did. In the end, my total repair bill from Bertini's was $60! John took the time to explain the issue - which resolved itself and how that happened - and informed me that he couldn't find anything else to repair and could not in good conscience charge me more than the $60. This was 3 months ago and the car is still running great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“The �BMW Free Maintenance for 50,000 miles� had just ended and I needed a place to get my vehicle's oil changed. I wanted to get it done at a place that specialized in BMWs, but did not want to get charged an arm and leg at the dealership. I found Bertini's after a quick Google search.
Fast forward 1 month - service was excellent, price was decent; overall it's a good value. Everything is still working properly, so no complaints!
One tip - call to schedule an appointment! I made the mistake of showing up on a Friday morning hoping to get an oil change on the spot. They were full and I had to schedule for the following Friday.”

“Our BMW 428 had a service light on. Bertini's diagnosed it to be a thermostat problem. Our car was 1 year out of warranty but BMW had extended the warranty for this problem. Bertini's directed us to take it to the dealer where the cost of repair would be at no charge. They even called BMW for us and confirmed our VIN number would be covered. BMW service agreed with Bertini's findings and repaired the car, covered under warranty, just as Bertini had advised us.”
